Lawful "Communistic" Supervision of Devotional "Democratic" Services in Administration.
LAW = Armed & Paramilitary & Paramedical & Emergency Forces, Investigating Agencies, Courts, Police
All Countries shall have One Moral Code of Conduct with Cultural Variations.

A Few Examples:
1) A woman can roam on a USA beach in a bikini swimsuit but in Mideast she will be jailed (not stoned to death), every Prison in The World being a Place Of Worship (corrupt Prison Officials might be shot in the head on Live TV without a Trial).
2) There will be no "cutting off of hands" (etc.) on stealing (etc.) but Death Penalty could be by Public Beheading. Most Crimes will be punished by term in Prison.
3) "Hijaab" (& its variations) for Women will be mandatory, only in Public Places/Interactions, where the Men demand it (to protect their Women from Evil).
4) Women will be encouraged in all Fields. However, their interaction with Men will be bound by demands of existing Culture of The Region.
5) Blasphemy, against One Goddeath & Its Formats, of any sort will be strictly prohibited by any & all, punishment of which will be a "bamboo-in-backside barbeque."
6) Marriage & Voting Restrictions shall be lifted for Men of Age 21+ & for Women of Age 18+.

DEVOTIONAL SERVICES IN ADMINISTRATION shall be based on the Sample "FACILITY + INDUSTRY + SECURITY" Model of Governance.
FACILITY: Culture, Education, Health, Housing, Politics, Power, Religion, Sports, Transport
INDUSTRY: Cloth, Communication & Entertainment, Development, Finance, Food, Goods, Manufacture, Mining & Refining, Research & Survey, Service, Trade
SECURITY: Defence, Flaura & Fauna, Foreign Affairs, Law & Justice, People, Police
All Governance shall be uniformly outlined on Internet; All Political Parties shall have to merge into One Party; Elections to Government Posts shall be based only on Divinity Quotient; Law shall be guided by compulsory Truth Tests on all, with Justice being delivered promptly. Politicians shall strictly adhere to Devotional Service Norms & all Political Activity shall be only for the benefit of The Citizens; Selfish / Egotistical Politicians might be hung upside down in Railway Stations for Public Display.

A "Free Montly Salary" will be given to all Adults of Age 25+, however, Youngsters shall be goaded & guided to stay with Parents & Joint / Extended Families to fully embibe Their Culture & Values of Oneness.
Orphans, Aged & Lonely shall be taken care of by Government Service Institutions.
All Citizens will be complelled to Work in their desired Fields of choice, not for Money, but for The Value of Work itself.
